I called 6 other plumbers everyone said they are 24/7 but no one wanted to send a plumber until the next day. They also wouldn’t help you with pricing saying it hurts the plumbers. Not sure how it hurts the plumber if you are in same company. Miguel answered the call, gave me a price and within the hour the problem was resolved. This is not an exaggeration. Excellent Service and knowledgeable.

Miguel and his associate arrived within 12 minutes of my phone call. They were readily to help resolve my weeks worth heachache. SOS 24/7 is by far the most professional company I've dealt with. Miguel (the owner), took the time to give my husband a step by step demonstration of what was being done to my clogged kitchen sink and why. I'm extremely satisfied, will use them again in the future.

My toilet started to leak a bit from the base. I discovered this on Friday night and, living in a high rise, this type of thing is a priority fix. I called a plumber but he was unable to assist. He gave me Miguel’s number. Luckily, Miguel was able to help and showed up promptly the next morning. He was very nice and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. He was able to investigate the issue and find the problem rather quick. My installer did a poor job with the flange and did not use the correct part. Miguel saw this and swapped for a new flange that was made for my type of pipes and floor. He also identified another problem that needed to be addressed before it became something bigger. Overall, I would highly recommend him and his helper because of their customer service, knowledge, and thoroughness. They also cleaned the area, however I still needed to give it an extra hand.

He was very knowledgeable, informative, and professional. The pricing to clear the blockage and snake the lines was fair. I will definitely use them again for future issues.
